Michael T. Yates is a partner of More, Miller, Yates & Ross, Attorneys at Law in Fort Wayne, where he practices civil litigation, commercial law, family law, business law and family mediation. He is currently a registered Family Law Mediator, and a former instructor of business law at International Business College. He also is a past speaker on Elder Law, Medicaid and Family Lae topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of Allen County Bar Association (Family Law Section) and Indiana State Bar Association (Elder Law Section and Family Law Section). He is a VA accredited attorney for assisting persons pursuing claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
