More, Miller, Yates and Ross Attorneys at Law

Michael T. Yates is a partner of More, Miller, Yates & Ross in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he practices estate planning and estate administration, civil litigation, business law, family law and family mediation.  He is currently a registered family law mediator and from 1977 to 1985 was an instructor of business law at International Business College.  He also has been a speaker on Medicaid and elder law topics for National Business Institute.  Mr. Yates earned his A.B. degree from Indiana University in 1970 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington, Indiana in 1973.  He was a writer for the Indiana Law Journal, 1971-1972.

Ryan S. Ross is a junior partner of More, Miller, Yates & Ross in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  His practice encompasses such areas as general civil litigation, personal injury, family law,  wills & trusts, estate planning, landlord & tenant, and debt collection.  His primary area of practice is family law, including: legal separation & divorce, post-divorce modifications, paternity, custody, support, adoption, and CHINS cases.  He represents clients in Fort Wayne, Indiana and the surrounding areas.

Mr. More retired from the practice of law in 2007.  Ryan S. Ross is primarily responsible in assisting Mr. More’s former clients.

Mr. Miller retired from the practice of law in 2006. We continue to assist Mr. Miller’s former clients.
